Great storytelling Through poetry – but don’t let that turn you off! Abby Is soulful, provocative, and thought provoking and brought me along on an interesting ride. Go!
Abby is funny, thoughtful, and presents things through a lens that makes me reconsider how I view the world. If you want to laugh out loud and hear poetry that will stay with you longer after the fact – go see this show!
Abby was a sheer delight. Bright, honest, perceptive, funny, challenging, and many other really great things. I was deeply impressed that such a young woman could speak her truth with such courage and intelligence, and I came away with more clarity about the silent horrors that so many women still go through in our culture. A breath of fresh air! Thank you, Abby. GO! GET em!
Loved it!! Abby tackles some important and relevant issues with wit and honesty. Lots of subtle and not so subtle humor. Highly recommend!!
Abby is great! This show is bold and you truly get to know Abby throughout her excellent poems, stories, and jokes. Smart, unapologetic, and thoughtful. Well done!
Absolutely brilliant writing and storytelling! Abby makes connections between ideas that are seemingly big and small in ways that make you reconsider the constructs of society, identity, existence, and our current political moment. Simultaneously thought-provoking and empathic, this performance left me with a sense of wonder about how much we take for granted and how much can be gleaned from a raspberry between a set of two lips.
