Are you a boy or a girl? Are you sure? You can only pick one, and you had better get it right. I’m transgender, which complicates things. This show is about that – my identity – but it’s about other things, too: apologies, surgery, the equations of sex, the weather (metaphorically speaking), boobs, and more. (PS: The Chicago Tribune has described me as smart and charming and my 2011 show was a KC Pitch Festival Highlight. No big deal.)
