   This musical is called Lucy and the Circumstances but we spend a tone of time on her father’s own issues and very little time on Lucy. The music does not drive the plot in music, lyric or tempo. The part of Lucy’s mother steals the show and she has a great song. I hope that if this show continues in further chapters that we get to focus on Lucy and her troubles. Acting was great in some parts very weak in others. Vocals overall were good but as with most Rock Musicals balance was off between the singers and the band.
