An innovative and interesting concept that works more than it doesn’t. Worth seeing, with the twists, you never know what’s coming next.

A wild ride that moved all over the stage and in and out of normalcy! It was fun and exciting to discover how the sketches were being reimagined and it felt like we were in on the jokes more, being part of the evolution! Also, best theme song of any Fringe show I’ve seen so far this year.

Sitcom vibes that becomes more and more zany as the hour goes by! Hilarious and clever. Four sketches, four times- it is WAY more than that. Also! The surprise ending is is oh so sweet!

What a joy to see a comedy show so outstanding that I eagerly want to see it again (and again and again)! Starting with a simple premise, it quickly goes off the rails in the very best way, delighting and surprising even the most seasoned show-goer. One of the very best sketch comedy shows I have ever seen. Put this in your Fringe calendar – you’ll be glad you did!

Easily one of the best fringe shows I’ve ever seen! Four fast paced, hilarious sketches, each written four ways. Forest and Cody (best Uber lawyer!) write great comedy. Thanks for a fantastic show!

I know I’m totally biased but I love this show and the method. Storylines overlap all over the place, characters completely out of control, and just so funny. Come see how the scenes are re-worked over, and over, and over. If only we could do this in our everyday life.
    I couldn’t be prouder, boys!

i’m up at 5am still thinking about Sketches From the Fourth Dimension

Cody and Forest? your minds? idek how you create the shit you do. Forest explained it to me and while it was very clear how it happened, i still don’t understand how creative you two are.

this is one of the most impressively written shows i’ve ever seen. i have a short ass attention span and watched this whole thing with my phone charging in another room. i was completely immersed and on the edge of my seat. make sure you pee beforehand cause if you miss a moment you’re gonna be pissed! (pun intended)

proud is an understatement. i’m honestly blown away.

also Jill Gillespie is a S T A R. Tiffany Michelle your comedic chops are GROWING FAST! i love you! i’m so proud of you! much love to the cast and crew!

I’ve already seen this show twice, and it just keeps getting better! The cast is brimming with talent, each performer seizing their moment to shine with a brilliantly silly premise. “Sketches from the Fourth Dimension” is a delightful and engaging experience that leaves you wanting more every time. It’s a wonderfully fun ride that you shouldn’t miss!

I knew I was gonna love this show because I love the people in it.
But I’m telling you, I absofreakinglutely fell in love with the show and how masterfully and brilliantly it was written by Cody Lindenberger and Forest Kinsey. The ending had me dying laughing for a solid couple minutes.
Whatever you think this show is by its description, it’s so very much more.

Beautifully on brand, Jill Gillespie ‘s commitment to physicality, and a character, never disappoints. Gabriela Sá Teles ‘s impersonation of Forrest was so hilariously spot on.
I adore seeing the nuances in Tiffany Michelle acting. Sadie Teel plays deadpan wackadoodle like none other. And I love how casually authentic and believable Michael Stoufer ‘s characters are.

Add this gem to your Fringe list now.
It’s just so amazingly smart and funny.
      My favorite combo.

      ❤️❤️❤️

This show is packed to the brim with hilarious sketches executed by a stellar cast that keeps on surprising you with every beat. There’s never a dull moment as it continuously escalates the excitement and left me thoroughly entertained.

Ahhhhh sketch comedy is alive and well in KCMO! The surprise, wit, and controlled chaos brought me to tears!!! ;,) (the laughing kind)

I’m recommending this show to everyone! And I’m inviting myself to go with them to see it, again!

You know the show is going to be good when the hosts enter in personalized T-shirts. The set literally goes beyond the 4th wall adding yet another dimension to the entire work. The simplified description does not do justice to the feat, nor prepare the audience what the next 50 minutes will bring. The baseline sketches were structural, succinct, and textbook sources for the rest of the material. From there, Forest and Cody materfully manipulate each moment, crafting down to the very second what comes next. About half-way through you’ll start to forget where you began. Wait, is this the third sketch the second time? Or is this the first sketch the fourth time? Are we missing one? Counting becomes futile. Digits are a social construct. Numbers are not necessary in the 4th dimension. The cast was phenomenal and have a collective comedic chemistry that is unprecedented. Each actor fully committed to every line, action, and emotion, leaving the audience with the hilarious consequences. In the end, Forest has Fringe empire and Cody has a hot tub. They don’t have to explain themselves to anyone.

This is one of the strongest sketch shows I’ve seen at Fringe – very funny, energetic, and clever. The originality and creativity of the writing is stellar. They also have a cast of very committed performers who are all having so much fun up there, which is so enjoyable to watch from beginning to end. I highly recommend you go visit them in the fourth dimension! 🙂

A must watch!! Funny, silly, full of twists and unexpected turns that will take you on an exciting adventure full of laughs! I had so much fun seeing it and is now a favorite!

This was outstanding! SNL call these writers and actors!! 4 sketches done 4 times (and then some) that gets more heightened every time. Just when you think they can’t top themselves they do! This was a roller coaster of comedy that is worth multiple rides!

  16. Jamie Campbell on July 25, 2024 at 1:36 pm

This show was a weird, wonderful delight, existing at the intersection where sketch comedy runs into the Twilight Zone. Each of the performers were fully committed to the myriad of silly premises and conceits, and just when you think you know where the show is going, they surprise you again! Big fun and mind-bending laughs. Your Fringe isn’t complete until you see this show!

Favorite show at Fringe! All at once it tells you exactly what to expect while surprising you over and over. It starts to feel a little like a fever dream but the time Predator shows up, but in the best way. It’s well, written and the cast is hilarious and has a lot of chemistry.
