The Fall of the House of Usher
Central Standard Theatre
Show Information:
“…as the shades of the evening drew on, within view of the melancholy House of Usher, I know not how it was – but, with the first glimpse of the building, a sense of insufferable gloom pervaded my spirit.” With these words, the classic story by Edgar Allen Poe, one of the most famous Gothic stories unfolds. British Director Gavin Robertson brings this haunting tale to life with original music from composer Danny Bright. This three person cast creates the characters of Roderick and Madeline Usher, the un-named narrator and the fourth character- the gloomy crumbling Mansion itself inside which the fearful characters live out their chilling tale. With Heidi Van, Ken Sandberg and Zack Chaykin
