As a young boy, Robert Hubbard makes a name for himself as the playground atheist. In middle school, he enjoys mocking religion and making fun of his Christian friends who can’t sleep in on Sundays. But after his parents divorce, the teenage Hubbard finds himself attending church against his will. With comic relish, the angry adolescent resists the indoctrination with every weapon he has, including his middle finger.
