Andy yearns to be an actor, but is more concerned with paying his bills than chasing his dream. Through a day in his life we see Andy take flack from directors, actors, stage managers, and fellow stagehands while still maintaining his impish demeanor. Finally Andy is given a taste of the spotlight and faces the decision to chase his dream, keep schlepping as a stagehand, or learn what exactly happiness really means.
