Description:
Full of music, dance, laughter, and silliness, the production will tickle the funny bones of audience members young and old! Adapted from the popular book, Kent Stephens' musical takes the audience on a riotous trip through fairy tale land where familiar characters and events collide in unexpected and hilarious ways. The show finds Jack trying to outwit a witless giant, while dealing with other characters such as Cinderella, Rumplestiltzkin, the Ugly Duckling, the Stinky Cheese Man, and more.

This show was awesome! It is a show all ages can enjoy! Please support these young actors and go see this show! The mission this group is fulfilling is so important for the future of theatre. They hope to instill a passion for literature while encouraging the appreciation of live theatre in our communities. If this show is an indication of their dedication to their mission, they are definitely on the right track! We enjoyed every minute of the show!

Last night’s show was quite entertaining with a charismatic cast and funny wit storytelling. I enjoyed how the cast interacted with the audience and it was fun for both the kids and adults.
Great, kid friendly show that will also have adults laughing! A compilation of adjusted fairytales with a bit of humor added. Every character has a fun story that you will love to hear them sing about. Great show!
This is a show for all ages that kids will enjoy and also leave adults laughing. The Stinky Cheese Man is a compilation of fairytales with a little added twist. You’ll enjoy every character’s story as they are familiar with some added comedy. Great show for everyone!

This show is hilarious!! My spouse and I brought our five year old and we all had a blast! I can’t pick a favorite character, they all had incredible energy and comedic timing. The fun choreography complimented the “cheesy” style of this musical! The direction was strong—very clear storytelling and and sense of style. The costumes matched the aesthetic and humor of the show. The illustrations and animations were beautiful! Our kiddo loved the puppet frog and kept asked where it went after its scene was over.
Overall, this is a must-see. Cyclopedic Ensemble is a new nonprofit theatre group that believes in the power of theatre for young audiences and theatre artists. This is a fun night out with friends and/or family that also supports a great cause! (Make sure to get one of their paper programs too!)

Saw this show on opening night and it was so much fun. My 5 year old son loved it and was pretending to be the stinky cheese man all the way home. Run, run, run as fast as you can!!!
Fantastic show! The cast is incredibly talented. We laughed through the whole thing-go see it! Awesome fun for the whole family!

This was such a fun show for adults and kids alike! I loved the book as a kid and this stage production captured all the silly antics I remembered so fondly. I especially loved the little red hen. The entire cast was clearly having a blast and so committed to their mission of getting kids interested in live theater. We had a great time!
This show is fantastic! Fast moving, hilarious, well-cast show, great for kids! Loved the frog prince puppet and princess bit, Foxy Loxy was so clever and funny, and the wicked stepmother and stepsisters cracked me up (the beards ???)! Jack, the narrator, was so entertaining, and the Stinky Cheese Man stole the show!!! Next time I’ll bring my grandkids ❤️❤️❤️
Had a really good time watching this show. Loved hearing the children in the audience laughing and enjoying it. The story is fun and I had the stinky cheese song stuck in my head all day.
Funny, fast-paced, and super cheesy! Cyclopedic Ensemble offers a sharp and well-produced children’s show that is good for patrons of any age.
Perfect family outing for my daughter’s 7th birthday! The cast had TONS of energy and the physical comedy was amazing! The audience felt like part of the cast and both my husband and daughter were belly laughing through many scenes (the Stinky Cheese Man’s choices during his solo had us rolling.) Fast-paced, it went by in the blink of an eye and left us wanting more. (When was the last time my kid said “It is already over?” at the end of a production?) Loved it!
Fantastic show. The cast is absolutely incredible, and the overall dedication to the production is obvious. My kids could not stop laughing, and the source material allows for the adults to get a giggle (or twelve) in as well. A wonderful mix of Shrek and Dr. Seuss, with some farcical bits thrown in.
Exactly as advertised. Avoid this show if your inner child has died. Otherwise prepare to enjoy silly.
