So well, done the physical comedy the video the jokes everything was just so well done. It was really a joy to see here and experience. Just phenomenal.

One constant of Danielle’s performances is that it’s always full of heart. The Magic of Grandmas was no exception. It was a mixture of sweetness, sadness, and laughter about the relationships between a mother and daughter, a grandmother and granddaughter, and society and people who are seniors. Loved the videos, the news really added an extra layer of humor. But I was really pulling for an interstellar grandma rebellion! Oh, and that phone! It was fabulous!

She had the audience in the palm of her hand from start to finish. The Magic of Grandmas is a rare gem that will have you laughing and crying and then laughing again.

This show is a must see at Fringe, Danielle has done an incredible job creating a show that’s humorous, heartfelt and just plain impressive (she thought of everything and each moment felt so intentional). She has really inspired me with her talent and I feel lucky that she has shared her art with Kansas City.

Packed with all the classic grandmother staples—from purse candy to early bird dinners—the show is filled with laughter while never losing sight of the love and nostalgia at its core. It had me thinking about my own grandmother and brought back so many wonderful memories of growing up, making the experience feel deeply personal. Equal parts charming, touching and hilarious!
