Jaybird Lambert aka Boomer Momma Gma returns and presents a comedy show that builds upon her previous Fringe ones done in KC and Chicago on Mommyisms and the Three B’s. She shares humorist wisdom about life with SHOEs as a metaphor. Although she uses a WOKE approach (aka an empathetic soul) it is not a political statement but a show about how love, tolerance, purpose, interests, and meaningful relationships bring Joy and make a person SPARKLE even when the horizon seems dim!

Jaybird is a native Kansas Jayhawk but has been married to several Missouri grad loyalists! Bring your best Border War jabs! She can handle them!

Her Mother was a Southeastern Kansas radio singer in the 1940s
Her first stage was the Grenola Kansas’ City Hall talent show. (pop 200) Family legend has it there was a tinkle incident…(Jaybird was a toddler model of an aunt’s sewing design,) She then grew up and did school and community theater and spent years writing HeeHaw type stuff during school. She was Hofh schoolusical Senior director. She placed(last) but was in a Regional Improv competition. She briefly studieddied and collaborated on comedu writing with some New York instructors.

This however will be her first time performing in a dry venue…..The Grenola Community Center even had byob. Bring your laughs and enjoy! (There are several restaurants a few blocks away that serve adult beverages if you are so inclined.) This venue however has both a lighted parking lot and working AC !!!!
